We can Not gaurantee items delivery date, so order early.

Payment through PayPal

Be sure your Address is Correct with Paypal before you purchase anything! We mail to the address provided to us by Paypal, we are not responsible if an item is mailed to a wrong or old address. If you realize that it is wrong and you have already placed your order contact us as soon as possible we may be able to reroute the package. If item is sent back to us due to incorrect address you will have to pay to re-ship items.

If you do not contact us within 30 days of your being informed of the situation, to re-ship item/items, you forfeit any and all rights to item/items and will not recieve a refund, exchange or store credit. The transaction is considered completed once mailed.

All Paypal orders will be sent 'Standard Ground'

unless you choose another method when checking out.

US orders Allow 4-7 business days to arrive after payment has cleared.

If you wish your items sooner, you must call us and place your order over the phone during our business hours,

If order is placed over the phone before 4pm EST, item/items can usually be sent out same day, also we can caluculate actual shipping cost to your location.

US orders will be sent using UPS Ground Shipping unless you provide us with a P.O Box, then it will be sent USPS. In that case item can only be tracked after is has been delivered and it may take a bit longer to arrive.

All PayPal orders will be filled in the order that they are received.

If two people order the same item, the first person to place the order will receive the item; the second person will get a refund.

All Sales Are Final so ask questions before purchase. We do our best in describing every item, but to be sure there is not a missunderstanding, ask if you are unsure of anything. We are more than happy to answer your questions and measure items for you. Returns or exchanges will not be given, period.

Vintage is not perfect! Most of our clothing is at least 25 years old and has been worn. You can not expect something 30 or even 50 years old to look brand new, the tiny flaws are part of what make an item unique. We do clean and mend most of our things. Some items 1940's and older have not been cleaned if we are unsure of how fabric, beading or other details will wash. We do our best to describe everything however we may miss some small imperfections as we have so much stock.

Once order leaves our hands we are not responsible if lost, stolen, damaged or

delivered late.

Shipping to Canada & Overseas UPS is far to expensive, so all items will be sent USPS, items usually arrive between 4-10 days, but can not be guaranteed and can only be tracked after it has been delivered. Please order early just to be sure it will get to you in time. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be covered by Threads in Time.

We will contact you with expected arrival date ( also your items tracking number If sent UPS) however if the e-mail address provided to us through Paypal doesn't work we can't contact you.

We have had problems with this before, so feel free to call or e-mail us if we don't contact you within 3 days of purchase.

Payment Over The Phone

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express

Be prepared to give us card number, expiration date, and the last three or four numbers on the back of the card.

Most items arrive between 4-6 days and ground shipping is usually between $15-$20 for one outfit (only in US) Items are usually sent out the day you place your order, but no later than three business days after your call.

Shipping Costs will vary depending on weight and size of item/items and destination. We can not guarantee delivery date, unless you wish to purchase a guarantee. In the rare case that a guaranteed item arrives late you must deal directly with shipper.

If you are sent the wrong item please contact us ASAP. Send the item back and if the correct item is still available we will send it to you at no extra charge. We do our best to make sure everything is correct. when placing your order make sure you are very clear about what you want when placing orders over the phone.

Only things listed on our website can be ordered. We are not responsible for customer's pictures of our items used on other websites, those items can not be ordered unless they are also listed on our website for sale. Items that are listed as 'sold' or no 'longer available' can not be ordered, we do not have more. Only the size listed is avilable, we only have that one.

''Overnight'' or ''Next-day'' shipping is usually $40-$60 per box through UPS with tracking number and guaranteed delivery. Items can be shipped for less with USPS but without tracking number and delivery is not guaranteed.
